i am a 50 year old wife, mother, and grandmother, who learned the importance of skin care at an early age.
i received my cosmetology, aesthetician's license at the age of 19, and started a career within the industry. I was exposed to all the top lines in the industry and it seemed like I tried them all. after numerous products and skin care regiments, i was never faithful to any brand. i always disliked how dry the cleanser made my skin feel, and how oily, and heavy the creams were. my favorite product was always the toners. unsatisfied i continued my quest for a skin care line that made my skin look and feel better.
then i stumbled upon this line called "philosophy". i was first drawn to all the inspiring words on the products. they were uplifting, and made me feel good and somehow seemed to put a smile on my face. now for the amazing part, the products were incredible. a cleanser called "purity" became my favorite. it removed makeup, cleansed, and toned my skin, all in one simple step. now i used one product instead of three, what a time saver. then a moisturizer called "hope in a jar", it left my skin soft, and silky. the eye cream "hope in a tube" what I consider the best in the industry, softened the lines, and never irritated my eyes. here comes the best part, within a few weeks my family, and friends started commenting on how great my skin looked. they all wanted to know what I was doing. wow, there really was "hope in a jar". to be young and have great skin is one thing, but to be middle aged and have a product change the tone, texture, and appearance of your skin is a miracle. i finally have makeup optional skin.
my loving husband of 21 years tells me i am more beautiful now than when we met, now that's amazing! after 8 faithful years of using philosophy i am a "philosophy girl" for life!
thank you philosophy, for allowing me to feel confident, and love my skin!
